To obtain our certifications, we had to refrain from using prohibited chemical products for a period of three years. During this time, leaf analyses and soil analyses were conducted as part of what is known as the conversion period.

After this period, we obtained these certifications, which verify that our Organic Coffee is free from chemical substances. It is worth mentioning that we are the only estate in our state to be certified as Organic.
