Hacienda Santa Elena was founded in the 1940s. Its location is ideal for coffee cultivation, as it sits 1,200 meters above sea level within the perfect coffee-growing belt of the state of Veracruz. Here, coffee plant nurseries are developed, selecting the seeds that will later be planted in the fields.
We have our own Wet Mill, Dry Mill, and Roasting & Grinding Plant.
It’s worth mentioning that our processes are entirely artisanal — we wash the coffee and let it dry naturally under the sun in open patios. This traditional method gives our coffee its distinctive excellence in the cup, recognized for its aroma, body, and acidity.
